"I think he's ready to break out,"
Bennie Hengel of Hilarities 4th Street Theatre says
of Mark Colella.' - Cleveland Magazine
A former member of the sketch comedy troupe,
The Human Zoo, Mark's seemingly fragile, Woody
Allen-esque presence on stage is sheep's
clothing for a sharp, left-of-center, sometimes
brutal, but always-hysterical wit and
deliciously dark deadpan delivery which earned
him the title 'Best Local Stand-up Comedian' in
Cleveland Magazine's Best of Cleveland issue.
In 2004 Mark represented Atlanta's Pro/Am
comedian's in the Las Vegas Comedy Festival.
In 2005 Mark won the Carnival (Cruise Lines)
Comedy Challenge for Cleveland, Ohio and made
his national television debut when he played an
over-worked snack bar employee on UPN's WWE
Smackdown.
This year Mark was chosen out of hundreds of
potential candidates to compete in the
"Make Rover Laugh" competition in
Chicago, IL.
